The portfolio spans mid-segment apartments, luxury villas and plotted layouts, alongside offices and hospitality.
Its best-known communities sit in east Bengaluru: Adarsh Palm Meadows covers 88 acres and Adarsh Palm Retreat more than 150 acres. That scale, and a long record of delivery, make it one of the city's established home-grown developers.
