Properties in Villupuram

Villupuram is a district headquarters in northern Tamil Nadu, roughly 160 km south of Chennai on the Chennai–Trichy highway. It is primarily an administrative and agricultural town, and it serves as the commercial centre for a wide rural hinterland.

Villupuram Junction is one of the key railway junctions in the region, with lines towards Chennai, Trichy and Puducherry, and the town sits within easy road reach of Puducherry. That connectivity has drawn plotted layouts along the highway, aimed at local families and long-term investors.
