The Prestige City Indirapuram
The Prestige City Indirapuram is an under-construction high-rise township project by Prestige Group in Indirapuram, Delhi NCR. Set on 62.5 acres at the Ghaziabad end of NH-24, it places its 23 residential towers around the edge of the plot and keeps the middle green. Over 25 acres of that centre is parkland free of traffic. Hafeez Contractor planned the layout, with landscape design by Cracknell.
Prestige plans 4,041 homes in all, from 2 BHK flats to Sky Mansions on the upper floors. They are sold in three phases, each with its own clubhouse, listed below:
- Prestige Mulberry, with nine 50-floor towers
- Prestige Oakwood, with ten towers rising 41 to 46 floors
- Prestige Mayflower, with four 41-floor towers near the gate
A Forum mall of about 8 lakh sq ft is part of the master plan, with provision made for two schools plus a health centre. Every home also gets a private deck facing the highway or the central greens. November 2029 is the completion target for all three phases.

The Prestige City Indirapuram Price Details
The Prestige City Indirapuram price list begins with Rs. 3.5 Crore homes in Oakwood and Mayflower. In Mulberry the list opens higher, its lowest figure being Rs. 4.08 Crore. Rates change with the plan, the tower and how high the home is.

The Prestige City Indirapuram is located in Indirapuram Extension, Ghaziabad (201010), with its main frontage on NH-24. The Delhi-Meerut Expressway gives a direct run west toward Akshardham and east toward Meerut.
The township is about ten minutes from the Noida Electronic City metro stop and the offices of Noida Sector 62. Travel times for the site are listed below:
- Anand Vihar ISBT, around 15 minutes
- Akshardham, around 15 minutes on a signal-free route
- Eastern Peripheral Expressway, around 17 minutes
- Ghaziabad, Anand Vihar or New Delhi railway stations, 20 to 30 minutes
- IGI or Noida airport, about an hour

The Prestige City Indirapuram layouts begin with 2 BHK plans of 1,301 sq ft and go up to 6,026 sq ft in the largest six-bedroom Sky Mansion. A home office comes with most 3 BHK and 4 BHK plans, and most tower floors have four apartments.
Apartments
Two-bedroom homes are found only in Mulberry, between 1,301 and 1,985 sq ft. Three-bedroom plans run from 1,681 to 2,476 sq ft, and four-bedroom plans measure 2,490 to 2,910 sq ft.
Larger homes
Villaments and garden duplexes occupy the two lowest levels of some towers, sized from 3,625 up to 4,499 sq ft. Sky Mansions, from 4,173 sq ft, are spread over two upper levels.
Amenities
The Prestige City Indirapuram puts its shared green at the centre, with the towers around it and the boulevard outside them. Over a thousand trees, themed gardens, sports courts and play areas fill the central park. A landscaped strip of about seven acres separates the homes from the highway.
Clubhouse and township facilities are listed below:
- Three clubhouses, one in each phase, for swimming, fitness, spa treatments and parties
- Running and cycling loops plus an open-air gym
- Forum mall for shopping, dining, cinema and events
- Co-working areas and meeting rooms in the residential towers

The Prestige City Indirapuram lobby finishes are the same across the phases. Ground-floor lobbies get granite or marble floors, and the lift walls are clad in the same stone. Upper and basement lobbies have vitrified tiles.
Service staircases use Kota stone or cement or vitrified tiles, and lobby walls carry texture paint below distemper ceilings. Apartment finishes vary by phase and are set out on each phase page.
The Prestige City Indirapuram RERA and Approvals
The Prestige City Indirapuram phases are registered separately with UP-RERA, the state's real estate regulator. The three numbers are listed below:
- UPRERAPRJ470993/04/2025 for Mulberry
- UPRERAPRJ986134/04/2025 for Oakwood
- UPRERAPRJ430385/07/2025 for Mayflower
Registration came in April 2025 for Mulberry and Oakwood, then July 2025 for Mayflower. The promoter is Prestige Projects, partnered by SGS Construction, and environmental clearances for each part come from SEIAA Uttar Pradesh.
The Prestige City Indirapuram Construction Status
The Prestige City Indirapuram is at the under-construction stage in October 2026. Mulberry and Oakwood started work in April 2025, and Mayflower, registered that July, is a new launch.
The UP-RERA completion dates are 27 November 2029 for Mulberry and Oakwood and 13 November 2029 for Mayflower. Occupancy certificates will follow, phase by phase.
