Prestige Mayflower
Prestige Mayflower is a new launch apartment project by Prestige Group in Indirapuram, Delhi NCR, and it forms the front portion of The Prestige City. Its 620 homes are all larger than 2,200 sq ft. The parcel takes up 6.63 acres of the township's 62.5 acres along NH-24.
Fern and Gulmohar are the two clusters, with a pair of towers each and 41 floors above the ground level. The tower plan is shaped like a cross, giving four homes per level and three open sides to most of them. Mayflower also has a separate entry from the township road and a private clubhouse.
The wider township, designed with Hafeez Contractor as principal architect, plans 4,041 apartments across 23 towers. Mulberry and Oakwood are the township's other residential parcels, and Mayflower gained its UP-RERA number in July 2025. Its headline numbers are listed below:

Prestige Mayflower is in Indirapuram Extension, Ghaziabad, on the NH-24 stretch of The Prestige City. It is the parcel nearest the township's main gate, overlooking a large open space and the green buffer zone at the entrance.
Connectivity
The Delhi-Meerut Expressway runs right up to the township entrance, while the Noida Sector 62 offices and East Delhi are a short drive away. Nearby homes in Indirapuram and Vasundhara make it an established part of Delhi NCR.

Prestige Mayflower offers three standard apartment layouts and three special homes, and each one has a home office. Every home also has a deck and a utility area beyond its carpet area.
Standard apartments
The 4 BHK Magnus covers 2,526 sq ft, of which 1,549 sq ft is carpet, with three bathrooms. The 3 BHK Premia offers 2,268 sq ft saleable and 1,402 sq ft carpet. On the three refuge levels, a smaller 3 BHK, 2,246 sq ft in size with 1,320 sq ft as carpet, takes the place of the Magnus.
Special homes
At the foot of each tower, 4,187 sq ft duplexes with 2,446 sq ft of carpet come with a private garden. Near the top, the six-bedroom Sky Mansions come in two sizes, 4,658 or 5,591 sq ft, each over two levels.

Prestige Mayflower residents get the Mayflower Clubhouse to themselves, plus an outdoor plan with more than 25 marked facilities. The main ones are listed below:

Prestige Mayflower RERA and Approvals
Prestige Mayflower carries Form C registration UPRERAPRJ430385/07/2025 from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority. It was issued in Lucknow on 16 July 2025 and is valid for just over four years. The certificate lists 13 November 2029 as the proposed completion date.
Two companies are named as promoters: SGS Construction & Developers of New Delhi, and Prestige Projects of Bengaluru. Environmental clearance EC24B3813UP5319295N was issued on 6 June 2025 for the Mayflower Residences parcel.
Prestige Mayflower Construction Status
