Anyone seeking a low-rise apartment community in western Bangalore, already near completion, should look at Brigade Horizon. The developer is Brigade Group, and Kambipura on the Mysore Road corridor is the site. Eighteen blocks hold 372 homes, and the registration promises completion by 31 December 2026. The notes follow the order in which buyers usually ask questions.

What Kind of Community Is It?

People who prefer a short building to a tower are the audience. Fourteen blocks have four floors each and two have three, with only A and B going up to nine. Lift waits stay short, and green space is close to every home.

Two-bedroom homes form the largest group at 207, next 109 with three bedrooms, then 50 one-bedroom homes and 6 four-bedroom homes. Residents can use 402 car spaces, 14 of them open and the others under cover. More than 60% of the land stays open, and a basement level for cars exists under six blocks.

Amenities are clustered around a hall, a pool and the lawns. For recreation there is a pool for adults and another for children, a gym, an outdoor exercise space, a library and a multipurpose hall, plus tables for tennis, foosball and pool. The grounds add a jogging track, lawns for yoga and for activities, a play area for children and a small convenience store.

What Do the Homes Cost?

All areas are super built-up. The one-bedroom home measures 615 sq ft and is priced between Rs. 44 and Rs. 47 Lakhs. The two-bedroom measures 1,013 sq ft and is offered between Rs. 85 and Rs. 90 Lakhs. For the three-bedroom, at 1,438 sq ft, the range is Rs. 1.2 Crore to Rs. 1.4 Crore, and the four-bedroom, at 2,603 sq ft, is Rs. 2.4 Crore to Rs. 2.7 Crore.

On a per-sq-ft basis the smallest home is near Rs. 7,150 and the largest about Rs. 9,200. In carpet area, a 1 BHK has near 409 sq ft, a 2 BHK between 635 and 667 sq ft, and a 3 BHK between 915 and 990 sq ft. A 4 BHK carries about 1,658 to 1,722 sq ft of carpet space, and a handful add a big terrace.

Getting Around From Kambipura

Horizon is reached from Mysore Road, at the point where Kumbalgodu village ends, a short drive past Kengeri. A ten-lane Mysuru expressway runs alongside and leads to NICE Road and the city beyond. On this side, Namma Metro's Purple Line ends at Challaghatta, the station after Kengeri.

How Far Along Is Construction?

The first work on site was in June 2022. In the 15 July 2026 update, sixteen blocks (C to R) were complete, while A and B were 95% done after standing at 75% in January 2026. Some finishing work therefore remains.

The registration declares that the land is free of litigation. May 2022 saw the Bangalore Development Authority approve the building plan, and water is expected from borewells, the water board and the local authority.

Six Checks Before Paying

New sales and resales are mixed here, so documents depend on the home. Work through these points:

Open the RERA entry for the project and go through its newest quarterly report.
Ask for the block's occupancy certificate, since GST is charged on a home sold before the certificate exists.
Establish whether the block has a live BWSSB water connection or depends on borewells.
In a resale, insist on four papers: the registered deed of sale, a current encumbrance certificate, a khata extract and a letter confirming no dues.
See that the carpet area and car park number in your agreement tally with the registered plan.
Allow for stamp duty and registration before deciding on a loan.
