Prestige Ocean Towers is an under-construction apartment project by Prestige Group in Marine Lines, Mumbai, planned as two towers on the Queen's Necklace side of the city. Its land parcel measures close to 2.3 acres, or about 9,310 sq m, on Maharshi Karve Road. Prestige Group places it in its super-luxury segment.
The homes are villaments, large 4 BHK apartments with decks that open to views of the Arabian Sea. The mix is completed by a 5 BHK type. The podium below the towers will hold an infinity pool and the clubhouse.

The project holds a state environmental clearance dated 13 March 2020. Consent to establish from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board was granted on 14 December 2023.
Prestige Ocean Towers Construction Status
Prestige Ocean Towers construction began in January 2024. The site report for April to September 2025 recorded foundation and basement work, with excavation continuing, at both towers. The North tower is due first, in October 2030.
