Krishvi Statura Review: A 36-Floor Tower Near Budigere Cross
Krishvi Projects has put up Krishvi Statura as one tower of 36 floors, with 2 basement levels below, in the East Bangalore belt around Budigere Cross. The 176 apartments run from 2 BHK upwards to large duplexes at the top. This review covers fit, sizes, amenities, regulatory history, costs, access and what to inspect.
Who Will Like This Tower
Workers based in the east who want height and open views rather than a big township are the natural buyers. The smaller 2 and 3 BHK flats suit small families, the duplexes suit those wanting a very large home, and a single building gives a quieter site.
The price of that quiet is upkeep. Just 176 households pay for the lifts, the pair of pools and a clubhouse that spans three levels, so maintenance per home is likely to run above what a large community charges. Seekers of a private garden are better off with an independent villa or a low-rise scheme.
Flat and Duplex Sizes
Floors one to twenty-eight are the standard ones, each planned with six flats. The registered unit list shows 110 homes of 2 BHK at 830 and 870 square feet of carpet area, and 54 homes of 3 BHK at 1,206 square feet.
Twelve big homes fill the upper floors, mostly 4 BHK duplexes in three sizes, 3,234, 4,208 and 4,277 square feet. A duplex has its lounge areas on the lower level and the bedrooms on the upper one.
A seller's quote may rest on carpet area or on super built-up area, and the gap is large. Insist on a written statement giving the home's RERA carpet area next to its balcony and super built-up numbers, and weigh prices against other projects on carpet area only.
Amenities in the Clubhouse and Grounds
Club Statura covers three floors and anchors the facilities. With 85% of the land left open, courts, play lawns and gardens fill the ground level.
- Sports and fitness: badminton, tennis and basketball courts, a gym, a yoga room, a jogging track, an outdoor gym and a reflexology area
- Water: a pool outdoors and a temperature-controlled one indoors
- Work and guests: guest bedroom suites, a media room and a co-working space
- Family: a creche, play space for children, a seniors' corner and an amphitheatre
Four high-speed lifts are installed, with points set aside for charging electric vehicles. Its RCC frame is built to resist earthquakes.
RERA History
The project is on the Karnataka RERA register under the project name Krishvi BVL Statura. The registration number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/190823/002819, dated 23 August 2019. The registration lists BVL Estate Private Limited as promoter, with Krishvi Projects Private Limited as contractor.
The Bangalore Development Authority approved the plan. In a 2021 modification the home count went from 147 to 176, which is visible on the portal.
The first completion deadline was 20 August 2024. A second came on 20 May 2025, and a third on 31 March 2026, which is now over. Without an occupancy certificate in hand, do not count any home as ready.
Three complaints from 2021 and 2025 appear on the portal, each marked disposed. One filed in 2025 was about the completion delay. The sales team can explain how every one was settled.
Where It Is and the Road Links
The address falls in Bidarahalli Hobli, with Bandapura Village as the locality and 560049 as the pincode, facing Old Madras Road, which is the eastbound highway to Hoskote. It is on the section from Budigere Cross back to KR Puram. Tin Factory, where the Outer Ring Road begins, and KR Puram's Purple Line metro station are reached along this road.
For the tech parks of Whitefield, drivers take roads turning south off the highway. From Budigere Cross another road reaches the airport via Budigere. At peak times the highway jams, so try the commute at your own office hour.
Retail and dining are thinner compared with Indiranagar or Whitefield. For big malls and hospitals, families drive towards Hoskote, KR Puram or Whitefield.
Extra Costs to Plan For
A home's price follows its floor, view and size, and each duplex is priced separately. Ask which homes are available today and their latest prices; recent registered sales within the tower are a benchmark for resales.
The stamp duty rate is 5.6% levied on the registered value once cess and surcharge are added to the base 5%. A 2% registration fee follows. Also budget for a maintenance deposit, a corpus fund, clubhouse fees and the fees for power and water connections.

Checks to Make on Site
With the tower finished, nearly everything can be seen first-hand. Settle these eight points before any advance.
- Obtain the completion certificate along with the occupancy certificate.
- Have the three area figures of the home written down.
- Confirm how many car parks are allotted and have the agreement list them.
- For a duplex, ask who may use the sky deck or terrace.
- Look for damp on the terrace, the balconies and the double-height walls, preferably after rain.
- See the lifts, power backup and fire safety systems working.
- Find out what maintenance costs each month, what the corpus holds and what share of homes is occupied.
- Collect the title deeds and an encumbrance certificate covering survey numbers 42/2 plus 42/3 at Bandapura.
Loan buyers can ask the bank to share the report its own lawyers and engineers prepared on the tower. Defect liability lasts five years from handover, so note that date.
