Brigade Valencia Cielo: Hosur Road Apartments, Sizes and Price Range
Every one of the 662 apartments in Brigade Valencia Cielo shows as booked in the latest RERA update, and the tower is 88% built. Anyone looking at Cielo today is therefore buying either a resale or a transfer from an existing allottee. This guide sets out the project facts you need, then the checks that protect you when you deal with a seller.
Is This the Right Project for You?
Cielo fits professionals employed in the Electronic City tech parks, Bommasandra's factories and offices, or elsewhere along the Hosur Road belt. It also fits families who want to move into a nearly finished home, since the plans range from a compact 1 BHK up to a four-bedroom layout that adds a maid's room.
A community of 662 homes is busy, and some people prefer a quieter low-rise block. Think about that before you commit.
Plans, Carpet Areas and Counts
Under its RERA registration, Cielo has six apartment plans. They break down as follows.
- The 1 BHK: 69 homes, each with 344 sq ft carpet
- The 2 BHK: 184 homes, each with 581 sq ft carpet
- The 2 BHK that adds a study: 160 homes, carpet between 678 and 743 sq ft
- A three-bedroom plan with two bathrooms: 180 homes, 883 sq ft carpet
- A three-bedroom plan with three bathrooms: 46 homes, 990 sq ft carpet
- The largest plan, a 4 BHK with a servant room: 23 homes, 1,399 sq ft carpet
Sale prices follow built-up area, which starts near 646 sq ft and reaches nearly 2,491 sq ft in the biggest plan. Carpet area is the better basis for comparing Cielo with another project.
Budget: Price Bands and Add-On Costs
The cheapest home costs Rs. 76 Lakhs, while the most expensive reaches Rs. 2.85 Crore. The 1 BHK band is Rs. 76 Lakhs up to Rs. 81 Lakhs, and the 2 BHK band is Rs. 1.16 Crore up to Rs. 1.44 Crore. The 3 BHK band begins at Rs. 1.53 Crore and ends at Rs. 1.95 Crore. The 4 BHK begins at Rs. 2.69 Crore.
The cheapest plan has about 671 sq ft of built-up area, so its price comes to roughly Rs. 11,300 for each square foot. New allotments are closed, which means a resale asking price is set by the owner. Line up the flats on offer before judging any number.
On top of the price, plan for several other costs:
- Goods and services tax of 5% on developer instalments raised ahead of the occupancy certificate
- Registration of 2% and stamp duty of 5.6% all-in (5% plus cess and surcharge), where the home costs more than Rs. 45 Lakhs
- A possible fee for moving an allotment into your name
- Car park, club membership, deposits and maintenance paid upfront

Location on Hosur Road
The address given to RERA covers two villages, Kithiganahalli and Banahalli, within Anekal Taluk (pincode 562106). It is next to NH 44, reached after you pass Electronic City. The land spans nine survey numbers, from 52 through 86, and Brigade's watch tower marks the entrance.
The Yellow Line station at Bommasandra is about two minutes away in a car, and Narayana Hrudayalaya hospital is about 1 km off. North along the highway are Electronic City and Silk Board, and south are Attibele and Hosur. Peak-hour traffic is heavy, so the metro helps. What RERA Says About Progress
Approval from the regulator came on 12 January 2023. Brigade Enterprises Limited is the promoter, and it works with the landowners under a joint development arrangement. The sanctioned building plan is older, dated 6 December 2022, and the end date on record is 31 December 2027.
Construction began in February 2023. The quarterly report of 15 July 2026 gave an overall figure of 88%, with the clubhouse and pool behind at 60%. Flooring and painting were in progress by September 2026. Customer money is routed to Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Cielo occupies 32,229 sq m (7.96 acres) of the roughly 24-acre Brigade Valencia site. A single block rising 22 storeys above the ground level, near 72 metres in height, takes up 4,159 sq m, close to 13% of the phase land. Brillio follows as phase two with a separate RERA record.
Community Facilities
The Valencia community shares more than 35 amenities. Water lovers get an adult pool and a separate one for toddlers, and sports fans get squash, badminton and a gym. Inside you will find yoga and aerobics rooms, a cafe, a billiards table and table tennis.
For work and play, the grounds add shared office desks, a hall for events, an outdoor fitness area and a playground. Cielo has 821 parking spaces: 610 under cover and the other 211 in the open. With about 29 homes per floor, ask how many lifts there are and how long people wait at rush hour.
The Developer
Brigade Group was set up in 1986 by M. R. Jaishankar and trades on the stock exchanges. Apartments, workplaces, shopping malls and hotels all feature in its portfolio. Its older communities around Bangalore show how the company's buildings age.
Before You Pay a Rupee
Because the phase is almost complete and fully allotted, due diligence is mostly about the individual seller. Go through these steps in order:
- Check that the RERA number and completion date on your agreement match the portal.
- Collect and read the seller's allotment letter, builder agreement and receipts.
- Request the developer's written permission for the transfer and its charge.
- Confirm which floor, direction, parking slot and carpet area belong to the unit.
- Establish whether a loan is attached, and how it will be closed or moved.
- Hold off on possession until the occupancy certificate is issued.
- Drive the commute to the office and to the metro at peak hours.
Doing this takes a few days and prevents most disputes. It also gives you a clean basis for weighing Cielo against Brillio or any other Hosur Road option.
