TVS Emerald Aaranya Villas Rejoice is an ongoing villa project by developer TVS Emerald in Vengaivasal, Chennai, a few minutes from Medavakkam. This second stage of the Aaranya community adds two-storey houses to a 15.6-acre site edged by the Nanmangalam Reserve Forest. Villas start at Rs. 1.2 Crore.

Three villa types
Buyers choose between a three-bedroom row villa and two detached designs called the Grand and the Luxe. Sizes go from 1,519 to 2,316 sq ft built-up. The Luxe is sold with either 3.5 or 4 bedrooms.

Rejoice draws families leaving a flat for a house with a garden and a staircase of their own. The forest edge gives green views that busier addresses around Vengaivasal lack.
