Total Environment After the Rain Price Details
Total Environment After the Rain quotes are prepared villa by villa, once a buyer settles on a phase and a design. Changes to the interior during the design stage can move the figure too. Ask us and we will send a written cost sheet.
A Phase III booking needs 5% of the price up front, and the remaining instalments are linked to building milestones. Homes still being built attract GST, and the sale deed brings registration charges and stamp duty. In the two finished phases, villas trade on resale at the owner's asking price.

| 3 BHK Villa | 4824 Sq.ft |
| 4 BHK Villa (V50) | 5120 Sq.ft |

Most villas across the estate follow the V30 design. The V45 arrives with Phase III, which holds 18 of them, and buyers may tailor room layouts while their villa is still being designed.
