Prestige Valley Crest
Prestige Valley Crest is a completed apartment project by Prestige Group in Bejai, Mangalore, designed as two high-rise towers around a garden podium. The 4.75-acre site faces Museum Road in the middle of Mangalore, and it holds 510 homes in all. A clubhouse, a pool and podium gardens give residents space to unwind.
Tower 2 formed the first phase with 260 homes, and Tower 1 the second with 250. Buyers chose from 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK plans, plus a 2 BHK that comes with a study. The occupancy certificate arrived in February 2023, and Prestige Group has since sold every home. Sales now happen between owners, and we help buyers find the right flat.

Prestige Valley Crest homes are now bought from existing owners, as Prestige Group has sold the whole project. Resale prices differ from flat to flat. A 3 BHK on a high floor with a city view will cost more than a 1 BHK lower down, for example.

Prestige Valley Crest was built with an RCC frame and cement block walls, finished in texture paint outside and distemper inside. The fittings inside each home are listed below:
- Vitrified tile floors in living, dining and bedrooms
- Granite kitchen counter with a steel sink
- Chrome-plated bathroom fittings with geysers
- UPVC or aluminium windows with clear glass
- TV and phone points in every bedroom and the living area
- Individual meters and ELCB for each home
Common areas run on generator back-up. Full back-up inside the flats came at an extra cost.
Prestige Valley Crest RERA and Approvals
Prestige Valley Crest Phase I is registered with Karnataka RERA as PRM/KA/RERA/1257/334/PR/171014/000388. Phase II has the number PRM/KA/RERA/1257/334/PR/171021/000437. Both phases share one occupancy certificate from the Mangaluru City Corporation, dated 10 February 2023.
A resale purchase still needs careful checks. Ask the seller for the title deed, the encumbrance certificate, the khata and proof that maintenance dues are paid.
Prestige Valley Crest Construction Status
Prestige Valley Crest construction is complete. Work on both towers ended in January 2023. The occupancy certificate came the following month. Homes are lived in, and the project is sold out with Prestige Group.
