Prestige Siesta Price Details
Prestige Siesta homes are now sold only through resale, as Prestige Group has no stock left. Each seller sets an asking price, and it moves with the floor, the outlook, the deck size and how the flat has been kept. Buyers in Mumbai add stamp duty and registration charges to the agreed amount.

Prestige Siesta is at The Prestige City in Mulund West, a north-eastern suburb of Mumbai, with access from Agrawal Road at Swapna Nagari. The township backs onto Yogi Hills, a forested ridge that belongs to Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The Eastern Express Highway runs to the east along with LBS Marg, and Thane is just past the city limit.

Floor Plans
Prestige Siesta is planned around one home type, the 3 BHK sky lounge residence. The sky lounge is an open deck wrapped around part of the flat, as large as 450 sq ft in some residences. It is counted as elevation projection plus dry balcony area under DCR 1991.
With 3.5 m from floor to floor, the rooms get ceilings close to 11 feet. Flat sizes change with the floor and position in the tower. Ask us for the RERA carpet area and the plan of any resale home before a visit. Each flat we suggest comes with its floor number and facing.
Amenities
Prestige Siesta gives its residents a club of their own, with more than 25 amenities on levels 10 and 11. The two floors share a double-height cafe facing the pool and the gardens below. The facilities on offer are:

Prestige Siesta RERA and Approvals
Prestige Siesta is listed on MahaRERA as P51800005285, with Prestige Mulund Realty Private Limited as promoter. Registration dates from 11 August 2017, and the project's status is now completed. Its completion date was moved from 30 December 2023 to 30 June 2025 under an extension.
That extension followed an NCLT-approved resolution plan of 23 March 2021, through which the project changed hands, with the homebuyers' association part of the plan. Buyers of a resale flat should see the occupancy certificate and the society documents before signing.
Prestige Siesta Construction Status
Prestige Siesta is a finished tower, and MahaRERA records its status as completed. Possession was due from December 2024, and Prestige Group now marks the project sold out. Newer phases of The Prestige City, including Prestige Forest Hills, are being built on the surrounding land.
