Godrej Park Retreat is at Kodathi, a revenue village under Varthur hobli, toward the Carmelaram stretch of Sarjapur Road. Its postal code is 560087. RGA Tech Park and Wipro's Sarjapur Road offices are both roughly six minutes by car.

Carmelaram railway station takes roughly 7 minutes to reach, and Delhi Public School East roughly 8. Motherhood Hospital is close to 11 minutes away, with Central Mall in Bellandur near 14. Manipal Hospital needs 15 to 19 minutes, based on which road a driver picks.

Godrej Park Retreat uses a short list of layouts that repeat through each tower. Carpet sizes below have been converted to sq ft and rounded:

• 1 BHK: close to 370 sq ft in two near-identical versions, 169 homes, all inside Tower H
• 2 BHK: between 592 and 600 sq ft for the bulk of 538 homes, plus roughly 25 corner layouts from 651 up to 681 sq ft
• 3 BHK: close to 759 sq ft, 269 homes shared among Towers A, B, C, D and E

With so much repetition, flats on adjacent floors usually share identical dimensions. Request the approved drawing and the carpet figure printed in the allotment papers before settling on a price.

Godrej Park Retreat amenities belong to one master plan drawn for both phases, anchored by a three-level clubhouse near 28,000 sq ft. About 85% of the campus land stays free of buildings, and close to 5.7 acres is given to greenery. Highlights of that plan include:

• Spa, salon, and rooms for yoga, dance and meditation
• Pharmacy and clinic within the gates
• Tennis, futsal and beach volleyball courts, plus a half basketball court

Handover of each facility follows the sale agreement, and some are meant for later parts of the campus. The residents' association is the best source on which are open today.
