Assetz Canvas and Cove is a partly delivered apartment project by Assetz Property in South Bangalore's Begur Road. Two of its four wings are finished, and the other two are rising. Set on 7.31 acres along the Begur Lake shore, the first phase counts 723 flats. C and D received occupancy approval on 7 August 2025, and A and B are scheduled for 30 April 2027.
Studios start at 376 sq ft, two-bedroom flats measure 983 sq ft and three-bedroom flats reach 1,165 sq ft. APG Habitat Private Limited, a firm of the Assetz group, acts as promoter. Land to the south is taken up by the second phase of this lakefront development, which uses the same parks and courts.

Quoted flat by flat on request; the wing, floor and lake view set the rate. Ready flats in Wings C and D carry no GST, and Wings A and B are paid in construction stages.
Assetz Canvas and Cove Price Details
Assetz Canvas and Cove's flats are priced individually, since wing, storey and lake view each shift the number. Homes in the two finished wings attract no GST, as their occupancy certificate is already in hand.
Buyers in the two newer wings pay in instalments that track the building work up to 2027. Their July 2026 filing listed just 3 of 273 flats as unbooked. Registration fees and stamp duty come on top in every wing, and we can send the current rate card on request.

Assetz Canvas and Cove's towers use RCC shear walls cast with system formwork, which keeps the walls straight and even. Vitrified tiles cover most rooms, while the master bedroom gets a laminated wood floor.

Assetz Canvas and Cove RERA and Approvals
Assetz Canvas and Cove is covered by two Karnataka RERA registrations, with APG Habitat Private Limited named as promoter on each. The C and D registration dates from July 2020, and the A and B one from October 2023.

The A and B building plan was cleared by BBMP on 5 October 2023. Both an occupancy certificate and a completion certificate were issued to Wings C and D on 7 August 2025.
Assetz Canvas and Cove Construction Status
Assetz Canvas and Cove's work status differs by pair of wings. Wings C and D, begun in October 2020, are finished and earned occupancy approval in August 2025.
Work on A and B started in November 2023. The July 2026 return shows all 15 floors framed in both, with the registration 85% complete, ahead of the 30 April 2027 deadline.
