Assetz Canvas and Cove Phase 2 blocks are cast as RCC shear-wall structures using system formwork. Most rooms get vitrified tiles, the master bedroom gets laminate wood flooring, and bathrooms have anti-skid tiles.
Power is 5 kW per 3 BHK and 2 kW per studio, backed by generators at half those loads. Doors are engineered wood, windows are aluminium with mesh, and bath fittings are Jaquar or equal.

Assetz Canvas and Cove Phase 2, listed with RERA as Assetz Canvas & Cove 2.0, holds two Karnataka registrations under promoter APG Habitat Private Limited. The B and C registration dates from 7 December 2023. Block A was registered on 2 August 2024.
The two registrations:

- Block A, with 244 homes: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/020824/006955
BBMP cleared the plans in September 2023 for B and C and in June 2024 for A. The landowners are joint developers with the promoter.
Assetz Canvas and Cove Phase 2 Construction Status
Assetz Canvas and Cove Phase 2 construction started in November 2023 for B and C, and in July 2024 for A. The July 2026 returns put the B and C registration at 73% and Block A at 62%, with frames up to floor 20 in C, floor 12 in B and floor 7 in A.
Bookings are close to full, with 236 of 244 homes in Block A and 158 of 162 in Block B taken by then. The registered finish dates are 31 October 2028 (B, C) and 30 April 2029 (A).
