Sobha Infinia Phase 1
Sobha Infinia Phase 1 is an under-construction high-rise apartment project by Sobha Limited in Koramangala, Bangalore, with 46 homes in Wing 5. Its address is Jakkasandra Extension on the Sarjapur-Marathahalli Road, between HSR Layout and the ORR.
The mix is almost entirely three-bedroom: 45 flats between 1,242 and 1,324 sq ft carpet, plus one four-bedroom flat of 1,493 sq ft. Two basements carry the parking, with one covered bay per home. Starting prices are Rs. 4.3 Cr.
Sobha began work in November 2024, and its RERA deadline is the end of June 2030. Progress reached 39% in June 2026. The 150 larger homes of Wings 1 and 2 are sold as Sobha Infinia Phase 2.

The floor plans of Sobha Infinia Phase 1 cover mostly 3 BHK homes. Sobha has released two sample layouts for the wing:
- 3 BHK type P3: 1,242 sq ft of carpet within 1,880 sq ft SBA
- 3 BHK type Q2: 1,289 sq ft of carpet within 2,000 sq ft SBA
Both come with three bathrooms, a kitchen with utility and two balconies. The single 4 BHK, about 1,493 sq ft in carpet area, is a first-floor home, and its plan is shared on request.
Wing 5 has three homes on its ground and first floors and four on each higher floor. Two lifts serve the wing.
Amenities
Sobha Infinia Phase 1 owners share The Cosmopolitan Club and the open grounds with Phase 2 buyers. The club measures some 20,000 sq ft. About 25% of the campus is set aside as landscaped open space, ringed by the jogging track.
