Construction Status

With RERA registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/181122/002165 approved on 21 November 2018 and the RERA-filed Project Start Date set to 3 October 2018 (the formal commencement date for earthworks and construction), Sobha Dream Gardens has moved from land acquisition into active site preparation. As of early October 2018, the 17-acre site at Belahalli Village (just off Kannuru Road, Thanisandra Main Road) is being readied for the start of construction activities as per the RERA-filed Project Schedule.

Preparing for Construction: With the 17-acre land levelling complete, heavy construction machinery and drilling rigs are now arriving on-site.

Soil Testing Complete: All ground and soil tests are finished, giving engineers the green light to start the main tower structural work this coming December.
