Puravankara Sound of Water is a largely completed villa project by Puravankara in Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore, which has grown phase by phase since 2016. The land is at Kammanahalli Village, a short way in from the main road, and three Karnataka RERA registrations cover it.

Puravankara Sound of Water has four villa plans named Type A, B, C and D. Type A is the only four-bedroom design, and it has four bathrooms. The other three plans come with three bedrooms and as many bathrooms.

Each plan rises over three levels. Living, dining, the kitchen and a bedroom are on the entrance level, along with a maid's room and bathroom. The middle floor carries a family lounge with the other bedrooms, and the uppermost level is given to a party hall beside a terrace.

Measured without the staff room, the three-bedroom villas start near 1,751 sq ft, topping out at 2,339 sq ft. Four-bedroom villas begin near 2,572 sq ft, and Phase 3 holds the largest at 2,749 sq ft.

The BBMP approved the building plan in November 2014 and allowed construction in stages. Phase 3 is registered as row houses, and Phase 1 filed for completion in August 2020.
Puravankara Sound of Water Construction Status
Puravankara Sound of Water has one finished phase and two in the closing stage of work. Families have lived in Phase 1 for years. December 2025 progress put Phase 2 at 98% and Phase 3 at 95%.
The due dates are June 2026 for Phase 2 and June 2027 for Phase 3. Handovers in both follow the occupancy certificate, which we will report once issued.
