Properties in Wagholi

Wagholi is a large and fast-growing residential suburb on the eastern edge of Pune. It lies on the Pune-Ahmednagar highway, next to Kharadi, Lohegaon, Kesnand and Ubale Nagar.

The IT parks of Kharadi and Viman Nagar are a short drive away, and Pune airport at Lohegaon is close by. The planned ring road and proposed metro extensions are expected to improve connectivity further.

The area is known for affordable and mid-segment apartment townships aimed at IT professionals and first-time buyers. Rohan Abhilasha, a completed 30-acre project with 648 homes in 24 towers, is one of Wagholi's larger addresses.
