Prestige Orchards

Prestige Orchards plots are no longer sold by Prestige Group, since the layout is sold out. When an owner decides to sell, the price is agreed between buyer and seller. Plot area, the direction it faces, nearness to a park and corner frontage all play a part. Share your budget with us and we will look for matching resale plots.

Prestige Orchards plots are sold by area in sq yd, with a choice of shapes within each size. The plot types are listed below, largest first, with areas in sq ft.

• 4,500 sq ft (500 sq yd), 50 ft x 90 ft or 60 ft x 75 ft: 42 plots
• 4,000 sq ft (444 sq yd), 50 ft x 80 ft: a single plot
• 3,600 sq ft (400 sq yd), 60 ft x 60 ft, 48 ft x 75 ft or 50 ft x 72 ft: 107 plots
• 2,700 sq ft (300 sq yd), 45 ft x 60 ft: 111 plots

The remaining 61 plots are odd-shaped, with areas that differ plot by plot. Together these make up the full count of 322.

Prestige Orchards has full layout infrastructure, so each plot is serviced before a house goes up. Underground lines carry power, water and sewage, and storm drains feed rainwater harvesting pits. The services provided are:

• Bitumen roads with footpaths, avenue trees and floral medians
• Underground sump plus overhead tank for a 24 x 7 supply
• Drinking water and domestic water on separate lines
• Sewage treatment plant
• Back-up generator for the shared spaces
• Energy-saving LED street lights
• Boom barrier and security at the entry gate

Prestige Orchards is a RERA-registered project in Telangana, with TS-RERA number P02400005132. Resale buyers should still check the papers for the exact plot they choose. These include the sale deed, the approved layout plan and an encumbrance certificate.

Prestige Orchards is complete, with work finished in the July to September 2023 quarter. The parks, internal roads and underground services are ready for use. Owners put up their own villas, so the layout fills in plot by plot.
