Prestige Gardenia Estate Plots puts 390 of its 516 plots into three regular sizes. Here is the registered split for those three:

• Two hundred and forty-six plots of 30 by 50 feet, some 1,500 sq ft in area
• One hundred and twenty-three plots of 40 by 60 feet, some 2,400 sq ft in area
• Twenty-one plots of 50 by 80 feet, some 4,000 sq ft in area

Four less common cuts, between 1,695 and 2,141 sq ft, account for another 35 plots, and 91 irregular plots trace the boundary of the land. Ahead of any visit, we confirm the dimensions and direction of the resale plot in question with its owner.

Prestige Gardenia Estate Plots has a gateway in classical style at its entrance, set on a road 18 metres wide. Inside, the roads are either 9 or 12 metres across, surfaced in asphalt and shaded by avenue trees on both sides. A concrete driveway leads into each plot, and water, sewer and power connections are brought within its boundary.

Cabling is buried, fed from transformer yards to pillars beside the plots, with spare ducts for fibre and phone lines. Fresh water and treated sewage water flow in two separate pipe systems, the second used for flushing and gardening. An on-site water treatment unit, a converter for organic waste and rain recharge pits round out the services.

A guard cabin and RFID barriers control the main gate, where security staff work round the clock. Cameras watch the gates, the service areas and the spot where children play.

Prestige Gardenia Estate Plots carries K-RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/200525/007761, filed in May 2025 under the name "Prestige Gardenia Estate". The named promoter, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, registered 516 plots on 190,705 square metres, or 47.12 acres. Layout plan STRRPA/TP/LAO/50/2024-25 was approved in April 2025 by STRRPA, which oversees planning along the ring road.

Prestige Gardenia Estate Plots began development in July 2025, and its June 2026 quarterly return showed 66% progress. Road work had reached roughly two-thirds, while the parks and civic sites lagged further back. The registered deadline for finishing the layout falls on 30 April 2027, and we will gladly share new pictures before you travel there.
