Properties in Kandlakoya

Kandlakoya is a growing area in Medchal mandal on Hyderabad's northern side, along the NH 44 corridor towards Medchal. It is known for its engineering colleges and a government-promoted IT park that has brought new jobs to the north.

NH 44 connects the area to Kompally and Secunderabad, and the Outer Ring Road is close by. That access makes it convenient for residents who work in the north or travel across the city.
