Hiranandani Villas sits in Ward 1 of Prasannahalli Village, near Chikkasanne in Devanahalli taluk, pincode 562110. Devanahalli has grown into North Bangalore's main corridor for villas and plotted layouts. This is one of the area's more established gated addresses.

With handover dating to 2014, internal roads and surrounding infrastructure have had years to mature. Even so, visit in person to judge the approach road, water supply and how neighbouring plots have been developed. Those details rarely appear on a price sheet or brochure.

The 76-acre master plan holds only 150 low-rise villas, which keeps individual plots generous and overall density low. Because the layout is finished, the roads, drains and landscaping shown on paper can be walked and checked on the ground.

Compare corner and edge plots with interior ones before you shortlist. Orientation shapes sunlight, privacy and traffic past the gate, even between villas of the same size.
