Properties in GIFT City

GIFT City, or Gujarat International Finance Tec-City, is a planned business district on the banks of the Sabarmati between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. It houses India's first International Financial Services Centre within a special economic zone, alongside a domestic tariff area.

The district was built with shared infrastructure such as an underground utility tunnel, district cooling and automated waste collection. It is linked to Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar by road and the metro, and Ahmedabad's international airport is a short drive away.

Buyers here are mostly professionals working in the banks, exchanges and IT offices inside the city, along with investors seeking rental income. Residential supply is largely high-rise towers, with Sobha Dream Heights offering completed 1 and 2 BHK apartments.
