Properties in Anna Nagar

Anna Nagar is one of Chennai's best-known planned neighbourhoods, laid out in a grid of wide roads in the west of the city. It is split into Anna Nagar East and West, with Mogappair, Koyambedu and Aminjikarai as neighbours.

Chennai Metro stations at Anna Nagar Tower, Anna Nagar East and Thirumangalam serve the area, and road links run to Koyambedu and the city centre. Established schools, hospitals, parks and shopping streets make it a long-standing favourite with families.

New supply comes mostly through redevelopment of older plots into premium apartment buildings. TVS Emerald Luxor, a two-tower project of 120 homes on Clock Tower Street in Anna Nagar West, is one such development.
