Century Infiniti is a completed 153-flat apartment project by Century Real Estate in Kasavanahalli, off Sarjapura Road, Bangalore. All the flats share one block of 11 floors on 2.25 acres, in two, three and four-bedroom sizes. Families started moving in during September 2018.
The developer has handed over and sold every flat, so a home here comes from its present owner. Buyer and seller agree the price, and the flat is inspected as it stands. The small scale appeals to many, as 153 households make a close community.

Century Infiniti is sold out, with no price from Century Real Estate. Flats come up only as resales, priced by each owner. The value of a flat turns on its size, floor, facing and condition, and on what nearby flats have recently sold for.

Landmark: About 400 m from Hosa Road, off Sarjapur Road
Century Infiniti is located between Kasavanahalli and Junnasandra, with its entrance on Amruth Nagar Road (560035). Hosa Road is a 400 m walk from the gate, and Sarjapur Road a short drive further. The block is in the crowded south-east pocket that links those two roads.
Sarjapur Road carries traffic towards its IT campuses and the Outer Ring Road. Hosa Road is the second way out, towards Electronic City, a 10 km drive. Both roads slow down at peak hours, so time the commute before buying.
Karnataka Reddy Janasanga Hospital is about 500 m away, and Kasavanahalli Government Primary School roughly 1 km. Lakedew Park is about 1.7 km off. Find more homes around Sarjapura Road.

Century Infiniti has flats with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, all sized as saleable area. The ranges are:

The three-bedroom range is broad, so compact and large versions both exist. A seller's sale deed states the area of the flat on offer. Ask the owner for the plan attached to the original agreement, and check whether any wall has been moved.

Century Infiniti offers a small gated community's facilities, all in use since 2018. The main amenities are:

Century Infiniti was built on an RCC frame. Finishes at handover in 2018 were:

- Wood-laminate floors in the master bedroom
- Acrylic emulsion on interior walls
Many owners have refitted their flats since handover. Judge each home on its present finish, plumbing and balcony waterproofing.
Century Infiniti RERA and Approvals
Century Infiniti carries Karnataka RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/170916/000376. Check it on the rera.karnataka.gov.in portal, where the approved plan and declared completion date can be matched against the finished block.
For a resale, the key papers are the occupancy certificate, the seller's registered deed and the earlier title chain. Add the encumbrance certificate, the khata, the latest tax receipt and the association's no-dues letter.
Century Infiniti Construction Status
Century Infiniti is complete, and possession began in September 2018. Sales opened in December 2014, and the block has been occupied for several years.
Ask the seller for a copy of the block's occupancy certificate. After registration, transfer the khata, electricity and water accounts to the buyer's name.
