Ferie Villas at Century Wintersun

Ferie Villas is set on Yelahanka-Doddaballapura Road, a corridor that has matured into a villa and plotted-layout belt in North Bangalore. The villas are part of the wider Century Wintersun estate. No pincode or named landmark is given beyond the road.

Drive the route at peak hours to judge access into Yelahanka and the city. Buying into a later phase also means roads and services laid in phase 1 are already in place.

Two four-bedroom villa types were offered, and both share the same footprint. Each sits on a 2,400 sq ft plot with 3,350 sq ft of built-up area. The differences likely lie in internal layout or facing.

As both types are sold out, ask a reselling owner which type their villa is. Walk the home in person to compare room sizes and light.

This phase places 59 villas within 21 acres as part of Century Wintersun. It has its own 20,000 sq ft clubhouse at the heart of the layout. The row-wise plan of the villas is not published.

Walk the estate and note where a villa sits against the clubhouse and the boundary. Position can change privacy and noise levels, even within a small phase.

The 20,000 sq ft clubhouse carries a swimming pool, a gym and a spa with steam and sauna. Billiards, banquet spaces, a restaurant and badminton and squash courts complete the indoor side. It is an unusually full club for a 59-villa phase.

Outside, there is a tennis court, jogging and cycling tracks, an amphitheatre and a kids' play area. A senior citizens' park, a gazebo and a landscaped park add family spaces. Quieter corners include a reflexology path, a hammock garden, a water cascade and seating alcoves.

A campfire zone, a multipurpose lawn and a meditation lawn soften the landscape. An outdoor gym, a multipurpose court and an organic farm round out the list.
