Casagrand Zaiden is an ongoing apartment project by Casagrand in Talaghattapura, Bangalore, a short distance from Kanakapura Main Road on the city's southern edge. Its 286 homes, all two-bedroom and three-bedroom Elite plans, fill three nine-floor towers built over a basement and ground level. The land measures 3.69 acres.
Each home found a buyer at launch, so Casagrand holds no stock. Buying here today means stepping into an owner's allotment once Casagrand approves the change of name. Unpaid instalments then become the new buyer's to settle.
Casagrand Zaiden is planned around a clubhouse of 15,000 sq ft, topped by a rooftop pool, with more than 65 amenities in all. The Silk Institute metro stop is 2 km away. RERA now sets 22 March 2027 as the completion date.

Casagrand Zaiden Price Details
Casagrand Zaiden has no unsold homes, and Casagrand quotes no current price. At launch the 2 BHK went for Rs. 5,449 for each sq ft and the 3 BHK for Rs. 5,699. Each owner now sets an asking price based on the unit, its floor and what has been paid so far.

Landmark: About 2 km from Silk Institute metro station, 1.6 km from NICE Ring Road
Casagrand Zaiden is located at Talaghattapura, near Kanakapura Main Road where the Green Line ends. The Silk Institute metro stop is 2 km from the gate, and Talaghattapura metro station is a drive of roughly seven minutes. The NICE Ring Road junction is 1.6 km away.
The metro heads into the city, while the ring road links to the west and the south. Global Village Tech Park is a drive of roughly 18 minutes. Jnana Sweekar Public School needs around five minutes, and the DMart at Vajarahalli around seven.
Forum Mall is about 11 minutes away by car, and so is Cura Hospitals. Kanakapura Main Road is crowded at peak hours, and the final stretch uses smaller local roads. Drive it on a weekday morning before committing.

Casagrand Zaiden has two home plans, both measured as saleable area. The Elite label covers the whole project. The plans are:

Casagrand Zaiden homes follow Vaastu principles. The carpet area must be written into the owner's agreement under RERA, so request that page. Match the unit plan to the sanctioned drawing and look at the facing and balcony.

Casagrand Zaiden plans more than 65 amenities, led by a clubhouse of 15,000 sq ft with a pool on its roof. The main facilities are:

Casagrand Zaiden has a reinforced concrete frame built to seismic Zone 2 standards. The main specifications are:

- Bathroom fittings by Kohler or American Standard, or an equal brand
- Digital lock on each main door
- Backup power for all common areas, plus 400 W in a 2 BHK and 500 W in a 3 BHK
- Underground sump, plus plants that treat water and sewage
A finished unit can differ from what was promised at launch. Inspect the flat before paying any premium.
Casagrand Zaiden RERA and Approvals
Casagrand Zaiden holds Karnataka RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/120423/005862, issued on 12 April 2023. Its first completion date, 22 March 2026, moved to 22 March 2027 under an extension approved in September 2026.
For a transfer, gather the RERA certificate, the approved plan, the land title papers and the certificate of commencement. Add the owner's agreement, every payment receipt, and Casagrand's written consent with a no-dues letter.
Casagrand Zaiden Construction Status
Casagrand Zaiden is under construction, and site photographs from 2026 show work continuing. RERA now gives 22 March 2027 as the completion date, with the occupancy certificate to follow.
Owners then collect the occupancy certificate, their registered sale deed and the khata. Quarterly RERA progress reports show how far each tower has reached.
