Casagrand Estancia is an ongoing apartment project by Casagrand in Kogilu, Bangalore, close to Yelahanka in the north of the city. Its 429 homes are spread over three towers, each rising 13 floors over a basement plus ground floor. The land measures 7.32 acres, and 5.5 acres of it are kept green.
Casagrand began taking bookings in October 2025, and 189 homes had buyers by the latest count. Two-bedroom homes are fully booked. Buyers now choose between the 3 BHK Superior, with a Rs. 1.69 Crore entry ticket, and the larger 4 BHK Pinnacle.

The project fits a family that wants three or four bedrooms in north Bangalore and is happy to pay in stages as the towers rise. Anyone who must move in before 2030 is better served by a ready home nearby.

Casagrand Estancia Price Details
Casagrand Estancia 3 BHK Superior homes cost Rs. 1.69 Crore at the entry level and Rs. 2.01 Crore on the biggest plan. Pinnacle homes with four bedrooms cost Rs. 2.46 Crore upward and Rs. 2.56 Crore at most. The base rate quoted is Rs. 8,099 for each sq ft, which was Rs. 7,499 in October 2025.
Floor rise, parking, club membership and deposits come on top of that base, so the totals work out higher per sq ft. GST is charged on each instalment, and stamp duty plus registration fall due at the sale deed. Our EMI calculator helps plan the monthly outgo.

Casagrand Estancia is located off Kogilu Main Road near the turn for Srinivaspura Road, in the Yelahanka belt of north Bangalore (560064). The survey land is in Srinivasapura village, Yelahanka Hobli. Kogilu Lake is a 650 m walk from the site.
Yelahanka handles daily shopping, hospitals and schools. EuroSchool North Campus needs a 1.7 km drive, and Yelahanka's railway station is 3.5 km out. A metro station now being built is 2.8 km off, so check its opening date before relying on it.
Commuters heading for Manyata Embassy Business Park drive 10.2 km, and the Kempegowda International Airport run covers 18 to 20 km. Kogilu Main Road gets crowded at peak hours, so drive the approach on a weekday. Our Kogilu page covers the wider area.

Casagrand Estancia offers three plans, with every size given as saleable area. The developer uses Superior and Pinnacle as grade names. The plans are:
- 2 BHK Superior, from 1,323 up to 1,382 sq ft, fully booked
- 3 BHK Superior, from 1,770 up to 2,157 sq ft, the widest band
- 4 BHK Pinnacle, from 2,655 up to 2,773 sq ft
The three-bedroom band is wide, so two homes of that type can differ by almost 400 sq ft. Carpet area for each unit belongs in the agreement under RERA. Compare facing, balconies and utility placement between plans.

Casagrand Estancia plans 73 amenities around its club building and its swimming pool of 11,500 sq ft, which adds a jacuzzi, an aqua gym and a shallow pool for children. The main facilities are:

Casagrand Estancia RERA and Approvals
Casagrand Estancia holds Karnataka RERA registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/110925/008086. It covers three towers of 110, 98 and 221 homes, with completion fixed for 20 October 2030.
The rera.karnataka.gov.in portal shows the sanctioned plan and quarterly progress for this registration. Before paying a booking amount, gather the plan sanction, commencement certificate, title papers and an encumbrance certificate.
Casagrand Estancia Construction Status
Casagrand Estancia is under construction, with work started in October 2025. Completion is due on 20 October 2030 under the RERA registration.
Instalments follow the building stages, so the quarterly progress reports are the simplest way to follow the towers. At the finish, buyers get the occupancy certificate, then the sale deed and khata.
