The 386 homes come in two configurations, 2 BHK and 3 BHK. The smaller layout starts at 1,023 sq ft and the larger one reaches 1,419 sq ft. The developer does not split out a separate size band for each bedroom count.
Because the project is sold out, detailed plans now come from the reselling owner or a local broker. Ask for the exact carpet area, floor level and facing of the specific unit. On a 9-floor building, the floor can make a real difference to light, views and price.
Master Plan
The site covers about 4.7 acres and the building rises to 9 floors. Roughly 60 percent of the land is left as open space, which keeps the built footprint modest. The developer does not publish a separate tower count.

Bren Avalon was completed before RERA came into force, so no RERA number exists for it. For a resale deal, the occupancy certificate is the key document to see. Also ask for the khata, the latest property tax receipt and the seller's registered sale deed.
