Doddanekkundi is an established residential locality in east Bangalore, set along the Outer Ring Road between Marathahalli and Mahadevapura. It neighbours C V Raman Nagar, Kundalahalli and Brookefield, and has grown into a dense, mixed pocket of apartments and independent houses.

The Outer Ring Road puts the tech parks of Mahadevapura, Marathahalli and Bellandur within a short drive, while Whitefield and ITPL lie further east. Schools, hospitals and shopping are well established, which keeps demand steady from IT professionals.

New land is scarce, so much of the activity here is resale in older, completed communities. Bren Avalon, a 386-unit project by Bren Corporation completed in 2014, is one such address now traded only on the resale market.
