Chikkajala is a locality in north Bangalore on Bellary Road, the NH-44 airport highway, roughly midway between Yelahanka and Devanahalli. Its position on the main airport corridor has drawn high-rise apartment projects aimed at frequent flyers and airport-belt professionals.

Kempegowda International Airport is about 15 minutes away, and Hebbal and Manyata Tech Park are a straight run south down the highway. Schools and hospitals in Yelahanka, and the retail growing around Devanahalli, serve the new communities.
