Abhee Pride has no unsold homes left with Abhee Ventures, so prices are now agreed between buyer and owner. In its final price list, Abhee Ventures set a 2 BHK at Rs. 74 Lakhs and a 3 BHK at Rs. 1.07 Crore. That came to between Rs. 6,700 and Rs. 7,900 a sq ft.

Abhee Pride carries Karnataka RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/220223/005739, issued on 22 February 2023. Possession was due in June 2026 under that registration. Quarterly updates and the plan approval can be checked on the state RERA website.
A resale purchase needs two sets of papers, one for the building and one for the owner. The main ones are shown below:
