The site lies near Maruthi Nagar in Yelahanka, within pincode 560064 in north Bangalore. Yelahanka is one of the larger housing hubs on this side of the city. Nine towers over 10 acres will add a sizeable new community to the pocket.

Roads and services around a fresh launch often lag behind the project itself. Visit to check the approach road and the distance to the main Yelahanka roads. Judge the neighbourhood and the developer as two separate questions.

The 3 BHK Premium of 1,600 sq ft starts at ₹2.88 Cr, and the 3 BHK Luxe of 1,900 sq ft at ₹3.42 Cr. The 3.5 BHK Luxe covers 2,150 sq ft from ₹3.87 Cr. The 4.5 BHK Luxe is the biggest plan at 2,500 sq ft from ₹4.5 Cr.

Moving from the 3 BHK Luxe to the 3.5 BHK Luxe buys about 250 sq ft and an extra half-room for roughly ₹45 L more. Floor and facing will shift the final price in a new launch. Ask which towers carry each layout, as not every tower may offer all four.
