The layout sits at Survey No 10/1 in Doddabele Village, Kengeri Hobli, pincode 560060. Mysore Road runs along Bengaluru's western side, linking Kengeri to the city and onward to Mysuru. The 6-acre project has been fully built since August 2019.

Visit the site to see how roads and common areas have held up after years of use. That on-ground check is the main advantage over a layout still under development.

There is no built floor plan, since each plot is open land the owner designs on. Sizes are 30x70 ft (2,103 sq ft), 30x80 ft (2,403 sq ft), 40x60 ft (2,364 sq ft), 40x70 ft (2,758 sq ft) and 40x80 ft (3,200 sq ft). Confirm the exact dimensions with the approving authority.

Check permitted setbacks and floor limits before finalising your house design. The usable footprint will always be smaller than the plot once setbacks are deducted.

The master plan lays out 400 plots across 6 acres in Doddabele Village, in five sizes from 30x70 to 40x80 ft. The gym, clubhouse, pool and games room are common spaces, not tied to any plot. So are the play area, jogging track, courts, retail stores, party hall and spa centre.

As the plan is already built out, you can walk the layout to see how roads link each plot to the amenities. That is more reliable than judging from a drawing.

A gym, clubhouse and swimming pool form the core facilities. A games room, kids' play area, jogging track and landscaped gardens add daily recreation. An activities area, outdoor courts, retail stores, a party hall and a spa centre complete the list.

Every plot owner shares the upkeep, whether or not a house is built. Ask the association for the current maintenance charge before you buy.
