Sobha Nesara stands on Paud Road at Chandani Chowk, inside Kothrud, one of the oldest planned residential suburbs on Pune's western side. Chandani Chowk is the junction that links Kothrud to the Mumbai–Bangalore highway, which shortens the drive to Bavdhan and Warje.
