Sobha Codename Scarlet is a freshly launched apartment project by Sobha Limited at Chikkakannalli, near Carmelaram on the Sarjapur Road corridor. It is a low-density plan, with just 205 homes on 3.3 acres in buildings of up to 18 floors. Handover is targeted from December 2031 onwards.
