Shriram Serenity
Shriram Serenity is an under-construction residential apartment project by Shriram Properties in Yelahanka, Bangalore. Shriram first promoted it under a working title, Shriram Codename Smash Hit, and later registered it as Serenity. The developer has delivered 48 projects across six cities.
Homes are spread over Towers A, B and C on a 3.84-acre site in Addeviswanathapura Village. Each tower rises above two basement levels for parking, with 269 covered car parks in all.
Buyers choose between two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts. There are 270 apartments, from roughly 692 sq ft of carpet area in the smallest 2 BHK to roughly 1,117 sq ft in the largest 3 BHK.
The towers use a small share of the land, leaving around 12,557 sq m open. That space is given to lawns, a pool, a children's play area and a sports court, next to the Club One clubhouse.
The registration came in September 2024. By June 2026, the frame was starting to rise and overall progress was near 20%, against a RERA completion date of 5 July 2029.

Shriram Serenity Price Details
Shriram Serenity cost sheets are issued per apartment, so the price is on request. Rates vary with the tower, the floor and the carpet size of the home.
The final cost is built up from the base price plus:
- GST and the stamp duty and registration on the sale deed
- Clubhouse membership, charged once
- Infrastructure charges for electricity, water, sewage treatment and backup power
- Maintenance for 12 months in advance and a corpus amount

Overall progress is about 20%. Basement slabs and retaining walls are being completed as the RCC frame begins, and the frame is scheduled to finish in early 2027. Flooring is due to start in October 2026, and painting runs until mid-2029.
