Shriram RainForest lies in Yelahanka, north Bangalore, at Gramapanchayath Main Road and Chapparkallu Road within the Devanahalli–Hegganahalli stretch, pin code 562110. That places the layout inside the city's northern growth corridor.

Because the project is complete, the roads and layout infrastructure around the plots are built rather than promised. A buyer can visit and see the finished amenities before committing to a specific plot.

It is worth checking where a shortlisted plot sits relative to the clubhouse and other amenity zones inside the 27-acre layout. Corner and interior positions differ in access and in how much frontage they carry.

Plots come in two sizes, 2,000 sq ft from ₹76.2 lakh and 2,388 sq ft from ₹91.7 lakh. There is no built floor plan to review for either, because a plot buyer designs and constructs the house separately after taking possession.

Local building bye-laws set the setbacks required on each side and cap the number of floors that can be added. The larger 2,388 sq ft plot therefore leaves more buildable area once those setbacks are applied.

Plan the intended house design before booking rather than after. Setback and floor limits decide what each plot can realistically carry once construction begins.

Shriram Properties divided 27 acres into 297 plots of two sizes, arranged around internal roads, amenity blocks and green cover. A meaningful share of the land goes to those shared elements rather than to saleable plots alone.

Landscaping carries real weight in the plan, with more than 600 fruit trees set across the layout beside the clubhouse, swimming pool, sports courts and yoga deck. Curated parks are distributed through the site.

Since the layout is complete, all of this exists on the ground rather than only on a drawing. A site visit shows how the plots, roads and green cover actually come together.

A 15,000 sq ft clubhouse anchors the layout, carrying a gymnasium, a games room and a party hall. A swimming pool sits alongside, with retail spaces built into the development for everyday needs.

Outdoors, a jogging track, yoga deck, amphitheatre and outdoor courts run through the site. More than 600 fruit trees are planted across the rain forest zone, supported by an organic fruit and vegetable garden.

All of these facilities are already functioning and open to inspection, since the project is complete. Ask what the current maintenance charge covers before you buy, because upkeep costs continue whether or not you have started building.
