Prestige Plots
Prestige Plots is a gated plotted development by Prestige Group spread over 72 acres around Jigani and Rajapura in South Bangalore. Layout work is under way, with possession of plots expected from 2028 onwards. Owners can then build independent homes to their own design.
Six plot sizes are available, from a 30x50 plot of 1,500 sq ft to a 50x80 plot of 4,000 sq ft. The smallest plot opens at about ₹1.12 Cr and the largest at roughly ₹3 Cr. A mid-sized 40x60 plot of 2,400 sq ft starts near ₹1.80 Cr.
The layout comes with 12 m and 9 m concrete roads, street lighting, underground drainage and a treatment plant. A clubhouse with a pool, gym and indoor games serves plot owners. Sports courts, a jogging track, barbecue zones and retail spaces add to the community.

The layout lies around Jigani and Rajapura on Bangalore's southern side. The Jigani industrial area provides a steady base of local employers. That employment anchor supports long-term housing demand in the belt.
Electronic City to the north-east and Bannerghatta Road are both reachable by road. Schools, hospitals and daily shopping are available in Jigani and neighbouring Anekal. Buyers should confirm the exact site access on a visit, as a street address has not been published.
