Mahindra World City Plots
Mahindra World City Plots is a completed plotted layout by Mahindra Lifespaces inside Mahindra World City, off GST Road south of Chennai. The 19-acre layout is divided into 300 residential plots. Possession began in December 2025, so owners can take charge of their plots and plan construction.
Six plot sizes are offered, from a 20 x 30 plot of 600 sq ft at ₹22.2 L to a 50 x 80 plot of 4,000 sq ft at ₹1.48 Cr. Mid-size 30 x 40, 30 x 50 and 30 x 60 plots fill the gap in between. That spread covers compact family homes as well as large independent houses.
The township setting is the main draw, with homes and workplaces planned together inside Mahindra World City. Infrastructure includes blacktop roads, underground utilities, metro water provision for each plot and rainwater recharge pits.
