Walk the internal roads and common areas, since the layout was handed over in 2021. Some neighbouring plots may already have homes on them. That gives a real picture of how the street will look once built out.

There is no built floor plan, as each owner designs a home on their own plot. The 30x50 plot of 1,500 sq ft suits a compact family home. The 60x40 plot of 2,400 sq ft allows a larger house or a rental floor.
