JRC Projects was founded in 2009 by two architects and builds residential and commercial developments in Bengaluru. Its focus is design-led luxury villas and apartments. The firm also completed a hospitality project, a convention centre in Hyderabad, in 2013.
In Bengaluru its completed work includes JRC Palladio Villas, a 16-acre community of 4 BHK villas on Sarjapur-Attibele Road. JRC Wild Woods adds ready 3 BHK apartments off Sarjapur Road in Gattahalli.
