Properties in Shaikpet

Shaikpet is a residential area in west Hyderabad, set between Tolichowki, Film Nagar and the Golconda fort area. Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills lie just to the east, which gives it a central feel at more moderate prices.

The Shaikpet flyover and the road towards Gachibowli link the area to the western business districts, and Mehdipatnam is a short drive south. Shops, schools and hospitals are available across the surrounding localities.

Gated apartment communities make up most of the organised housing here. Sri Aditya Athena, a completed project of 522 homes in six towers on 6.2 acres, is one of the larger addresses in Shaikpet.
