Properties in Shadnagar

Shadnagar is a town on Hyderabad's southern growth corridor, located on the Hyderabad-Bengaluru highway in Ranga Reddy district. Balanagar, Kothur and Farooqnagar lie around it, and several manufacturing units operate along the highway.

The highway links Shadnagar to Shamshabad airport and the Outer Ring Road, while Shadnagar railway station sits on the Secunderabad-Mahbubnagar line. The town has its own schools, hospitals and markets serving the surrounding villages.

Large plotted layouts dominate the housing market, as land here is far cheaper than closer to the city. Urbanrise Galleria Gardens, a completed 34-acre layout with 322 villa plots on Gunded Road, is a typical example.
