Properties in Kandukur

Kandukur is a mandal in Ranga Reddy district on the southern outskirts of Hyderabad, beyond the Outer Ring Road. It falls within the planned Hyderabad Pharma City and the wider new-city region the state has proposed for the south.

The Srisailam highway and ORR exits near Tukkuguda link the area to the city, and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad is within driving range. Planned industrial and infrastructure projects are the main reason investors are watching this belt.

Housing here is mostly large plotted and villa-plot layouts rather than apartments. Silpa Botanica at Sarvaravulapally, a completed 330-acre community with over 1,400 plots, is among the largest in the region.
