HM Constructions

HM Constructions was set up in Bengaluru in 1991 by brothers Hanif Siwani and Mehaboob Siwani. It develops residential, leisure and commercial property across the city.

The group aims to turn well-located land into landmark buildings with modern design. HM Scottsville brings apartments to Hosa Road, close to Electronic City in south-east Bengaluru.
