The listing does not cite distances to schools, hospitals or workplaces, so check these yourself. A weekday visit gives a truer sense of road width and traffic in front of the township than a weekend trip.

Outdoors, residents have a jogging track, outdoor courts, table tennis and landscaped gardens. A kids’ play area, a party area and retail spaces complete the township. Since it has run for close to a decade, check current upkeep and maintenance charges.
