Godrej Lake Gardens sits on 7th Main Road in Ambalipura, Harlur, just off Sarjapura Road under pincode 560103. Sarjapura Road is one of Bengaluru's established residential corridors, and the Ambalipura-Harlur stretch has grown dense over the years.

That density cuts both ways. Schools, clinics and retail are within reach, but local traffic moves steadily through the day. Check road access and peak-hour conditions on a weekday visit before you shortlist a home here.

Since the project is complete and sold out, most interest now arrives through resale. Treat the site visit as a chance to see the finished towers and grounds directly, and to judge how the surrounding pocket has changed since the towers first went up.

Ten size variants were released across four broad configurations, an unusually wide spread for 380 homes. The 1 BHK came in 752 sq ft and 871 sq ft versions, and the 2 BHK in 1,259 sq ft and 1,304 sq ft.

Standard 3 BHK plans measure 1,645 sq ft and 1,748 sq ft, with two 3 BHK duplexes at 2,203 sq ft and 2,236 sq ft above them. Two standalone duplexes run larger still, at 2,884 sq ft and 3,070 sq ft, the biggest homes on record here.

Every one of these is sold out with the developer. Because the same nominal configuration exists in more than one size, ask a resale seller for the exact plan and carpet area of the specific home on offer.

The layout places two towers of 18 floors each on 12.5 acres, together holding 380 homes. That is a lower-density arrangement than a taller single-tower project on a similar plot, which means more open ground between and around the buildings.

A separate master plan document shows where the towers, clubhouse and landscaped gardens sit relative to one another. A resale buyer should use it to identify which tower a home belongs to and how it faces the grounds. Because the project is complete and occupied, that plan can be checked against what actually stands on site.

The shared facilities are built around fitness and everyday convenience. A gymnasium, clubhouse, swimming pool and games room form the core, with a basketball court and further outdoor courts alongside.

A jogging track, landscaped gardens and a kids' play area cover outdoor use for families. A health centre and party hall extend the range, and retail spaces inside the project handle daily errands. Ask about current upkeep, since the common areas have been in use since September 2024.
