Godrej Hillside sits on Nande-Balewadi Road near KUL Echoloch, in the Baner–Mahalunge pocket on Pune's north-west side, under pincode 411045. The stretch has densified quickly, which puts retail, schools and offices within a short drive.

The trade-off is traffic, so check road access at peak hours before deciding. The project is already occupied, so a walk through the neighbourhood tells you more about noise and distances than a brochure map will.

Four options are on the price list. The 1 BHK measures 462 sq ft from ₹41 lakh, and the 3 BHK is the largest at 878 sq ft from ₹78 lakh.

The 2 BHK comes in two close sizes, 680 sq ft from ₹61 lakh and 691 sq ft from ₹63 lakh. Ask which floors carry which of the two, since they are not always interchangeable within a tower. Price also shifts with floor level and facing, so request the plan for the exact flat on offer.

Three towers of 23 floors sit on 3.4 acres and hold 550 homes between them. That is a compact footprint for the unit count, so the spacing between towers is worth checking on site.

A separate master plan document lays out where each tower stands relative to the clubhouse and the landscaped gardens. Use it to see which tower faces the internal greens and which looks onto the road.

The amenity set covers fitness, recreation and daily convenience in one layout. A gymnasium, clubhouse, swimming pool and indoor games area sit at the centre, with a spa and sauna for downtime.

A jogging trail and outdoor courts run through gardens planted with more than 5,000 trees, and a kids' play area serves younger residents. A party area, retail spaces and nearby schools and colleges are also listed. Since the towers have been occupied since October 2023, check the current condition of these spaces.
